Function top

The bArk is normally a dog bed that lives in your home. It only becomes a car kennel or bicycle trailer when you need it, so its always being useful.

Bicycle Trailer You cycle while your dog comfortably rests in their normal bed. You can easily cycle long distances, or through traffic with your dog. It is also ideal if your dog is older and can no longer keep up with your cycling speed.

Car Kennel Remove the wheels and handle of the bArk, and you have a secure car kennel for your dog while you drive.

Dog Bed Separate the lid from the base and you have a nice open dog bed for your home. You don't waste space storing the bArk because its normally a dog bed. Also because your dog is used to the bArk as their dog bed they will feel at home in it when you go cycling or driving.

Construction top

The bArk uses durable IATA approved airline kennel boxes mounted to our renowned Y-Frame chassis.

The kennel boxes The kennel boxes come in a range of sizes, and are designed to be comfortable for long international flights. They are made from two injection moulded plastic halves bolted together in the middle by wing nuts. Three sides have vertical air slits, and the rear has a secure metal door. The top half sits inside the bottom half with the metal gate between them, when the trailer is being used as a bed.

The Y-Frame The kennel bolts directly to a large Y-Frame chassis. The chassis is identical to that used on our Y-Frame trailer s, but we omit the load bed unless you request one.

Sizes top

Sizes refer to the internal space about half way up the kennel. The plastic lip adds about another 8cm onto the overall width and length of the kennels.
